You need to feature the starlight mod for fabric. It rewrites the whole lighting engine and is so so much better than phosphor is. It can generate chunks even on lower end computers very very fast

I overestimated this mid previously. Still waiting for Block Physics to update, but unfortunately it is currently stuck in 1.2.5 or so.
