夜に村人が寝ることができないとゴーレムが湧かないので夜になると閉じるトラップドアなどで対策してみてください。(日照センサーを右クリックすれば月照センサーになります)
雪玉4つで雪ブロック、雪ブロック2とカボチャ積み重ねてスノーゴーレム。
スノーゴーレムは雪玉製造と空洞に沸いたMobの索敵に使用できます。(地下の洞窟以外のうめき声)Mobが見えていなくても反応してその方向を見るのでその方向を掘り進めば空洞を潰していけます。意外と重い原因になるのでお試しあれ。

夜になっても村人がゾンビと目があってしまうから寝てないんだと思います。
だから日照センサーとレッドストーンとトラップドアを使って夜になったらトラップドアが閉まって目線が合わないようにすればゴーレムがわくとおもいます。
